Boat Race
A straight team relay: drink, finish, pass it on, and do not be the last line standing.
Format
Line up by team. Each player drinks in order, and the next player starts only once the previous drink is finished.
Scoring
Rank teams by finishing order. Fastest gets 4 points, then 3, 2, 1, with 5th/6th getting 0.
Forfeit
The losing team does a shot.
